With the launch of Assetti version 16, we have released a number of awesome new features. One common theme for all these - and later for the year 2025 - is better and easier data management. All of these will ease up your work to keep the data relevant and up-to-date!
One the first ones to be introduced are Customisable factsheets and key facts. This enables users to configure the User interface of Assetti to match exactly the relevant data to the business. Through customisation one can select and deselect the content on the UI. This applies both the factsheets and key facts in tiles and panels as well.
No more need to look at empty or irrelevant data fields or key metrics.

With the new version, Assetti offers fully customisable dashboards. These can be from having metrics for your rentroll to follow up the performance of Yield and NOI. However, it is not restricted to these. With custom dashboarding we really mean custom, that is, you can customise the KPIs and metrics to meet exactly the needs and data sets of the business. Talk about Full Insight to your business with custom dashboards!

A few of our customers had been looking for a place to store data needed for ESG reporting. This was done in Excel spreadsheets and knowing the burden of working manually with spreadsheets, one can easily understand what is the benefit of having them easily in one place. With this we introduced a new Tab in Assetti - ESG!

With the launch of Assetti version 16, we also gained a new client segment by on-boarding Stihl as our customer, that is, Corporate real estate management. Stihl was basically looking for a centralised data management tool to build a holistic view over their real estate portfolio used in their global business.
By taking Assetti into use, they have been able to get a grip on the data of their real estate portfolio, which will be giving substantial benefits for the real estate operations. We will cover these a bit later, and in the meantime you can read how largest commercial bank in Austria, Raiffeisen has succeeded in utilising Assetti in managing their real estate portfolio.
